01 · ROOF SYSTEMS
Not every roof should get the same system

We do not force one product onto every house. Pitch, snow load, tree cover, existing ventilation, and how long you plan to stay all change the right recommendation

03 · EARLY WARNING
Signs your roof is already telling on itself.

CATCH IT EARLY AND THIS IS A
ROOFING JOB.
WAIT TOO LONG AND IT BECOMES
ROOFING + DECKING + INSULATION +
CEILING.

01

Granules in gutters

Usually a sign the shingle is aging out, especially on south-facing slopes

02

Dark ceiling staining

Active leaks often show up far away from the actual penetration point

03

Lifted tabs after wind

A few missing shingles often means more are unsealed and waiting to go

04

Soft decking underfoot

Moisture has likely made it past the roofing layer and into sheathing

09 · QUESTIONS

Things people actually ask.

More questions? Call +1 (207) 219-5669 or request an estimate — we don't believe in pressure sales.

How long does a re-roof take?
Most homes are 1-2 full crew days. Large or complex roofs (cut-ups, steep pitches, 40+ squares) can run 3-4 days. We do not leave a roof open overnight if weather is coming
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We meet the adjuster on-site, document everything with drone photos, and bill the carrier directly. You pay your deductible, nothing else
What warranty do I get?
Manufacturer material warranty on the shingle system we install, plus our workmanship warranty. Details are written into the contract before we start
Can you install in winter?
Asphalt shingles need 40°F for proper seal, but we do emergency repairs year-round and full re-roofs down to October in normal years. Metal installs any month
Will you replace rotted decking?
Yes, at cost — $85/sheet for OSB including labor. Most homes need 0-4 sheets. Written into the contract as an allowance
