Rob's grandfather framed houses in central Maine from 1952 to 1988. His father ran a small remodeling outfit out of Brewer. Rob went to trade school at Eastern Maine CC, earned his Master Electrician license in 2003, and worked for two other contractors before starting All American in 2011.
The company philosophy is a reaction, not a slogan. Rob watched his dad's customers get ground down by ranges-not-quotes, no-shows, and surprise change orders. Everything AACI does — written line-item quotes, one lead carpenter per job, daily site clean-up, the phone that gets answered — exists to be the opposite of that.
